By using Lobbyroo you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and plain.

The service

Lobbyroo offers short games to play for free, for fun. There is no real money, betting or prizes. Stars have no money value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

Accounts

You can play every game without an account. If you create one, keep access to your email safe. One account per person, please. You can delete your account at any time, and we may close accounts used to break these terms.

Fair use

• Do not try to break, overload or get around the site's limits, or use automated tools to play, to climb the leaderboards or to send many requests.
• Use a name you would be happy for anyone to see on a leaderboard. We may remove names or scores that break these terms.
• Do not send anything unlawful, hateful or abusive through the feedback form.

Content

The games, artwork, text and code of Lobbyroo belong to Lobbyroo. Printing the free poster for your own waiting area is welcome. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the site without owing you anything for them.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and the games fair, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Progress kept only in your browser may be lost if browser data is cleared.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lobbyroo is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages from using the site. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
